Cancellation Policy

Your appointment at ShemaYah Holistic Health is a reserved time created especially for you, and we make every effort to honor and support your individual needs.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing info@shemayahholistichealth.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

To respect the time of our practitioners and ensure fairness, same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or missed appointments/no-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

Please note that your card is not charged in advance. A card is securely held on file as a preauthorization to reserve your appointment and will only be charged in accordance with this policy if applicable.

Package Policy:
All service packages must be used within six (6) months of the original purchase date. Any unused sessions remaining after this period will expire and are non-refundable and non-transferable. We encourage clients to schedule their sessions in advance to make full use of their package.
